Serves 2
3 points per serve
2 skinless duck breasts
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp fresh ginger grated
1 medium orange - rind and juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp honey
Score the duck breasts. Mix together the soy, ginger, garlic, orange rind and juice, sesame oil and chilli. Marinade the breast for at least 4 hours.
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Shake off the excess marinade and grill the duck breast for 5 minutes each side. Spread any of the remaining marinade over the breasts and add 1 tsp honey.
Grill for another 5 minutes. I served ours on a plate of vegetable chow mein.
