This is something I've made up as I've gone along!!!
1 tin of cherry tomatoes (drained slightly)
fresh cherry tomatoes
onion, finely chopped
tomato paste
sweetener
white wine vinegar
fresh coriander
chilli powder
salt
Mix all ingrediants together
